Our normal bounce house rental is from Friday (Drop Off) until Monday (Pick Up) for a full 72 hours!
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or prior to delivery and set up.

Water should never be used with inflatables not specifically designed for it. However, we do offer inflatables that are intended for water use. We’d be happy to inform you about the available water units for your event. We provide a 25-foot water hose, but if the inflatable is placed further away, please ensure you have a water hose available on-site.
We value safety as our top priority, due to wind, we heavily recommend that our inflatables be used on grass surfaces so that the bounce house can be staked into the ground; however, weather permitting and with a signed agreement waiving us any liability, you may place the bounce house on pavement, or asphalt.
Once signed, this contract becomes legally binding. To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice before your event starts. Cancelling within 48 hours of the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. If you cancel after setup has begun, no refund will be issued. If you postpone your event with at least one week's notice, you may be eligible to apply all or part of your deposit toward a rescheduled event, subject to our discretion. Please note that rescheduled events are dependent on the availability of activities at the time of rescheduling.
Yes, you can extend a rental, provided it is available at the time of your request. An additional $100 per day will be required upon agreeing to the extension.
Yes, delivery is included in the listed price for locations within a 30-mile radius of Derry, NH. For distances beyond this radius, a delivery fee of $0.67 per mile will apply.
Currently, we are unable to offer customer pick up because our insurance company requires that our units are set up by trained employees and to the manufacturer specifications as well state regulations. Safety is our #1 priority!
